Fees for applications submitted 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026:
- Cemetery tour guide operator (annual) £165
- Cemetery tour guide employee (annual) £132
- Cemetery tour guide - August only £68
All new annual tour guide registration permits will expire one year from the date of issue. Registered permit holders who wish to renew their permit must submit a renewal application at least one month before the expiry of their permit, to ensure an updated permit can be issued in time.

Once you have completed and saved the registration form, please submit it with a current passport-style photo (on plain background) and relevant payment via . Renewal applicants who do not provide a new photo with their submission will be issued a permit with last year's photograph.
